Bolinas Community Public Utility District
Resolution No. 572
A Resolution Implementing the California Governmental Conflict of Interest
Act.
WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act, California Government
Code Section 81000 et seq., requires each state and local government agency
to adopt and promulgate a conflict of interest code; and
WHEREAS, the Fair Political Practices Commission had adopted a regulation,
2 Cal. Code of Regs. Section 18730, which contains the terms of a standard
conflict of interest code which can be incorporated by reference and may
be amended by the Fair Political Practices Commission after public notice
and hearings to conform to amendments in the Political Reform Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms of 2 Cal. Code of Regs. Section
18730 and any amendments to it duly adopted by the Fair Political Practices
Commission are hereby incorporated by referenced as “Exhibit A” to this resolution
and shall constitute the conflict of interest code of the Bolinas Community
Public Utility District. It is understood that the Members of the Board
of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility District are included
in Disclosure Category 1 as described in Government Code Section 87200; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Members of the Board of Directors of the
Bolinas Community Public Utility District shall file statements of economic
interest. The place of filing shall be:

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this resolution was duly introduced
and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bolinas Community Public Utility
District this 19th day of November, 2008, by the following vote:
