signed between the Marin Sonoma Mosquito & Vector Control District and

on April 12, 2006 a non-toxic agreement was signed between
the Marin Sonoma Mosquito & Vector Control District and the Bolinas

and accompanying report. The protocol was approved by the Bolinas
Community Public Utility District Board of Directors at the June 15, 2005
meeting, and the report was approved at the July 20 meeting.
